Defending PSL champions Karachi Kings will enter the Thursday clash as favourites against Multan Sultans in the UAE. Imad Wasim’s men are at the second spot in the points table.
Kings look in sublime form, especially with the bat. They have roped in New Zealand’s Martin Guptill as well to strengthen their batting up the order. Babar Azam and Sharjeel Khan are already in phenomenal nicks. Both players scored 30+ runs in the practice match against Peshawar Zalmi on Tuesday.

Multan Sultans have looked well under new captain Muhammad Rizwan, who is the leading run scorer of the competition. Rizwan is leading his side from the front, performing consistently with the bat, but none other than him has stood longer on the crease.
Moreover, absence of veteran all-rounder Shahid Afridi has further dented their hopes.
Kings are likely to outplay the Sultans considering the depth in every department of their squad. With Muhammad Amir as their pace spearhead and Azam as an opener, they appear as the most complete side in the PSL.
In their first clash in February played before suspension of the league, the Kings won against Multan by seven wickets.
